One of my principles for learning English is to make it fun. If it is fun you will enjoy yourself; if you enjoy yourself then you will repeat the practice and convert it into a routine; if you make it a routine you will reach your goals. Simple! One way of making your English learning fun is to combine it with a sport or an exercise you like (or any hobby of course). In the behavioural psychology world this is called habit-stacking, habit-pairing, or anchoring a current habit to a new one you would like to implement. All of this basically means combining one habit with another so you make it easier for yourself to do the new one. So, how can you pair sport and/or exercise with English? Here is how you can do it... TIPS

There are many sports websites with lots of great content. See how you progress. Remember: When you make it fun, you make it a routine, and when you make it a routine you make progress! You just need to start...
